The guidance office is open daily from 8:00 to 4:30.  Registrations are done by appointment from 8:30 to 2:30.  Please call the guidance office at 496-6770, extension 61809 to set up an appointment.

Please bring the following items with you when you come to register:
1. Proof of residence/address*
2. Certified birth certificate
3. Current immunization records
4. Previous school report card or transfer form
5. Social security number
6. Two current emergency contact phone numbers
7. Previous school mailing address or fax number to request student records
8. Any special education documents (IEP, 504, etc.)

* Acceptable proof of residence documents
  • Title deed, mortgage booklet or statement
  • Lease agreement/rental contract or current rent receipt
  • Most recent utility bill (gas, electric, water only)
  • Deposit receipt for recent utility start-up
  • Shared Housing Disclosure form accompanied by one of the above proofs
  • Homeless shelter will provide a letter stating the parent and student live in the shelter
  • Hotel/motel residents must present a recent rent receipt or letter on hotel/motel letterhead verifying the parent and student are residents
